March 5 2021 The reset is the key
We all know how to make the wheel turn, more weight MUST be on one side than the other... Simple no use for exotic theories or hocus pokus, or hidden squirrels Simple. I have never had a problem with getting it to turn, but getting rid of the pullback as it moves to the other side of the fulcrum, having zero or very low roll back and then RESETTING to do it again has been the challenge.

Each task can be broken down into its singular components and addressed.

Assume all weights are the same, so the weight doing the most work is at the farthest distance from the axle and is touching the wheel in some fashion.

The weight doing the least amount of work is the one that is closest to the axle and is attached to the wheel in some fashion.
.
To get a weight to move (reset) to the extremes of positions and NOT consume any power comes next
.
over time, the reset, can only occur in a continuos rotation, No forward and BACK ONLY in harmony with itself kind of like a natural event, kind of like a jet engine
