              finally the mathematical formula is revealed as I was explaining the principal to a friend.  I never saw it before, but it all makes sense..... and the weight of a single washer can be the game changer

Now that the math is clear, there is not much doubt that I am on the right path

Very tedious alignment of the brass bushings ( for longevity ) has added a lot of time and effort to the final assembly, but I think it will be worth it.  Finally finished the bushings today and the the spacers and milk jug washers for the final assembly.  Now the length of the arms are being fabricated to match and the final assembly will proceed in the next few days

The balancing of the weights in their proper position will get the motion in sequence.   Once that balance is completed now the power can be set.

December 31, 2019       The year to come.....

Now that no working example of a working wheel is in motion, there must be a resolve set in our hearts, that no matter what it takes....... this is going to be finished.  Today, I rebuilt the main pivot to a larger bolt and included a brass bushing that will allow for a better longevity.  Building a mechanism that will last 10 years Plus....  requires a different mindset.  

The basic building progress has been a move of 1 step and then figuring out what will make .... what you just made.... better.  After figuring this out, building a jig to produce a reasonable facsimile thereof.  So, each step, has added more time to the build, and now that it looks like a 2 set of mechanisms will make it work, and 4 sets will actually have some power, it would have been easier and faster if I just let it go with the 2 mechanisms. Faster easier but without  a net can be a toxic event 

I do not want this to be casual, non repeatable system so I am taking the time build this the right way.

All who believe will understand, and those who don't will at least have to respect it.

Dec 15...... more work done, but oh my gosh is it taking a long road

I believe that it is an even number of mechanisms to make the wheel successful.   In my case there is 4 primary weighted movers and 4 secondary weighted movers.

The Secondary weights provide the power for the movement of the secondary weights.  It would be easier with a total of 8 and 8, but it would be more complicated.  I will build a number of these 8  ft wheels just to get a more comfortable feeling about the intimacies of building a working wheel.   These will be sold to a few very close friends that I completely trust.  They are all highly skilled engineers and machine shop operators and will be a valuable asset as we move forward to the 14 ft wheel...... already have the main plates cut and the bracing for the stands.. 

I have been working on my NDA to present to them, it is pretty tough and they will have to protect any and all data that is shared for the rest of their lives.... with an additional 10 years for any heirs executor and assigns.         The paper it is written and the value of the document is only as good as the integrity of those who are the parties involved.   To be able to be called Trustworthy"  is like  no other title that a person can receive and all of friends chosen are Trustworthy.

It seems the triggering mechanism for the movement of the primary weight is the Masonic A logo

December 10         and now we can see the end of the year ahead of us and the pressure is on

It is one thing to build up a little set-tup and see things you were hoping to see, but it is another matter to replicate that magic.   My digital mill really helps out

Guide my hands dear Lord that I might be all that is required of me

The skills that Bessler learned when he was building all those pieces for a giant pipe organ would have served him well and he dove into the fabrication of the wheels.

Having built actually hundreds of parts over the years, it seems a simple task to build up the identical systems that will take us forward.... but its not

There is nothing that can prepare your  mind and hands for all that will required.   20 hours to build one part, and 20 minutes to build the next.   Push forward, there is no option.  If the direction you have chosen to walk is the correct one, if the materials will hold up?   So, many unknowns and parts that have never been walked only adds to the complex business that we are chasing.

I am struggling to build even the most simple of pieces in a uniform and replaceable feature.  one part can be used in multiple places and fits perfectly and performs a single task in all positions.

3 of the 4 mechanisms  are sitting in my living room tonight and  it feels great to be this close.

December 1, 2019      The year is coming to an end and it is time for the wheel to appear

We were all excited to hear that the wheel would be revealed in 2019, the year is not over, but the window for the reveal is closing.

My friend, John Collins is optimistic but his focus is now on other areas.  We wish the Collin's family the best  in its search for the solution to good health.

I have, as usual, built up my mechanisms with light and temporary materials, so as I now believe that I have solved the enigma of the wheel I am building lots of jigs and fixtures to have reliable repetition of the components an easy task.

Taking the prototype to the limited production run is a time consuming and tedious task.  The first of the mechanisms is now set up, and is being used as the baseline for the remaining mechanisms to be timed and sequenced correctly.  Having checked and double checked all of the divisions of the wheel put in place I am confident with the locations that I have selected.

The amount of primary weight that is required to power the continuation is still a work in progress, but my confidence is high that it can be easily figured out.  The secondary weight will then be scaled to supply the necessary force required.

Those who claim that they have figured out the wheel can easily say...... Oh   thats what I was working on.   Or the SUNR...... from India can assert his claim, which it seems to me has no foundation what - so - ever   The only thing that matters is a working wheel

2019 is the projected date........

My work is really looking good.  The simple configuration has been extremely complicated to fabricate.  Now the progress makes the requirements for so many parts to be replicated.  The basic configuration of the wheel does not allow these new setups to be placed on the wheel...... so   I have now completely taken the whole wheel apart.  No task is too great for me to complete this quest.  I do not care how complex, how tedious or how much work it takes..... I am going to complete this thing.

I believe that I can now lift any amount of weight to the top of the wheel whenever I want it.... period which leaves the timing  as the crucial factor...... a balanced system that has a system for a temporary condition of being out of balance is now here on the table.

Once I get the basic setup welded back together then the real advancement will take place

Today is November 4th in the year 2019 AD.  The clock is ticking and God is now guiding all those on the path to success.

Now that others have put the principle together, the clock is ticking for the date of completion of a working model.  Once the balanced wheel is put in place, and the temporary condition of an out of balance condition is placed into a operational continuation of that condition it is easy to visualize the conditions required to keep it going on and on.

The power of the wheel is then dialed into the amount of weight in the out of balanced condition.

as long as the balanced condition is kept in mind, the amount of weight that is used for the balanced condition does not matter.

Building the actual mechanism is not a question anymore, it is just a matter of time.

My calculations regarding the moment arm required has now been confirmed with a digital scale that I found for measuring weights and measures in the construction of model railroad systems.

No working wheel as if this date, but the first of the setups is ready to be installed.
